An efficient Cluster Foster-care Home project provides a holistic care program for orphaned and vulnerable children which includes nurturing in a family environment, medical care, education, and counselling as well as moral and spiritual discipleship.  There are 34 children in the Thamsanqa Cluster Foster Homes at present.

They live in a safe home with a foster mother as parent ensuring a feeling of family life where they can grow and develop in a homely atmosphere where all feelings of rejection, neglect and abuse are overcome and the children feel free to build their Circle Of Courage.
